Very interesting article over at the thegeekiary about TV shows and their use of social media to engage the fandom with a specific emphasis on the challenges and opportunities that Teen Wolf is currently facing.

What do you guys think?

-What’s the secret to success here (if there is such a thing)?
-Who’s doing it right and who has dropped the ball?
-What should shows do during their hiatus/off season to stay relevant and top of mind with the fandom?

And most importantly, how significant is the expectation that the writers/producers should make changes to the show specifically based on feedback from you guys?

EDIT: BTW, I’m definitely not fishing for compliments here. Am legitimately interested in how this all works. I’m new to this game and just trying to keep up.
